Alfredo Imparato is keeping alive a very long and important musical tradition in Italy’s most musical city, Naples. He is one of the last wandering minstrels, called Posteggiatori, of Naples. He is coming to the United States for the first time to perform his lively versions of Canzoni Napoletane, or Neapolitan songs, just as he regularly does for the admiring locals in the streets and squares of Naples.
